Gloria Rees is a leadership and communication specialist, facilitator and coach with extensive experience across corporate, small business and not-for-profit settings. She is known for her grounded, practical approach to leadership development and her ability to translate complex behavioural models into language people can understand and apply in real life.

Gloria’s work focuses on self-awareness, communication and sustainable behaviour change. She has worked extensively with senior leaders and teams to navigate change, build trust and strengthen their ability to work effectively with difference.

Her facilitation style is warm, direct and deeply human, creating spaces where people feel safe to reflect, challenge assumptions and grow.

As a member of the Insights Global Faculty and an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, Gloria works at both practitioner and faculty levels. She supports the development of other Insights practitioners while embedding the model deeply within leadership and organisational contexts.
