Reem Borrows (GAICD) works with senior leaders and teams across multiple industries to help define tailored strategies, align behaviour and create resilient, high-performing professionals.
From her time with global organisations, Reem brings over 20 years of experience coaching leaders and aligning teams to transform potential into results. Reem holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic HR and IR, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, plus many other relevant professional accreditations.

Learning & Talent Specialist

Gloria Rees helps leaders understand themselves and others for enhanced connection and improved collaboration in the workplace.

With experience across the pharmaceutical, retail, construction, and hospitality industries, Gloria works with businesses and their teams to tackle the challenges standing between them and peak performance, such as effective communication, management styles, sales effectiveness and creating an environment that inspires.

Marketing Specialist

Chris Kemp brings a wealth of experience to Dreem having grown his business from start-up to multi 7 figures, gaining multiple awards in sales, marketing and business excellence throughout the journey.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has gained knowledge in many aspects including sales, marketing, people development and operations. His strategic acumen and innovative approaches have not only propelled his business to success, but also positioned Chris as a trusted advisor in business and people development.

Dreem Coaching & Consulting was born when our founder, Reem Borrows, felt she wanted to move beyond developing people within her corporate team and expand her expertise to individuals, teams and organisations throughout the world.
