Reem Borrows (GAICD) works with senior leaders and teams across multiple industries to help define tailored strategies, align behaviour and create resilient, high-performing professionals.
From her time with global organisations, Reem brings over 20 years of experience coaching leaders and aligning teams to transform potential into results. Reem holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic HR and IR, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, plus many other relevant professional accreditations.

Gloria Rees helps leaders understand themselves and others for enhanced connection and improved collaboration in the workplace.

With experience across the pharmaceutical, retail, construction, and hospitality industries, Gloria works with businesses and their teams to tackle the challenges standing between them and peak performance, such as effective communication, management styles, sales effectiveness and creating an environment that inspires.

Dreem Coaching & Consulting was born when our founder, Reem Borrows, felt she wanted to move beyond developing people within her corporate team and expand her expertise to individuals, teams and organisations throughout the world.
