Reem is an executive coach, trusted strategic partner and steady sounding board for senior leaders navigating complexity, change and growth. With more than 25 years of experience across leadership, sales, marketing, mindset, coaching and organisational development, she brings exceptional versatility and a strong understanding of business, people and performance.
A highly accomplished strategist, Reem has a rare ability to read human behaviour, uncover what sits beneath the surface and understand how people, culture and business influence one another. She translates this insight into clear strategy and precise, practical execution.
Reem’s work aligns strategy, culture, behaviour and execution, helping leaders operate with clarity, balance and authenticity while building resilient, high-performing teams and workplaces where people and performance thrive.

Gloria helps leaders and teams understand themselves and one another more deeply, strengthening communication, connection, trust and performance. She has a remarkable ability to notice the details others may miss, uncover what is shaping team dynamics and find outcomes that work for everyone.
With more than 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, retail and construction industries, Gloria brings intuition, behavioural insight and practical expertise to every program she facilitates. Her warm and engaging style draws people in and creates an environment where they feel comfortable reflecting, contributing and learning.
